Since our inception, Fletchers has always been striving for empowering our clients to grow their business overseas.
Founded in 2021, Fletchers’ business started in Australia by helping clients to establish their teams and grow their business in Australia and New Zealand.

In 2024, Fletchers established its Headquarter in Singapore, with main services of manufacturing, supplier chain relocation and business setup in ASEAN countries.

We have a strong international team with cross-culture backgrounds, and rich working experiences for top tier multinational companies, from corporate strategy, supplier chain management, corporate operations to business development.

As a long-term partner to our clients, we have a local to local strategy by leveraging our in-country team to take care of your local operation and implementation, by doing this we are able to minimise the risk while maximising efficiency and productivity.
Wenchao Wang
Director
Director of Fletchers Singapore, with a diverse 18-year career spanning five major cities across three countries, Wenchao has cultivated a global perspective and expertise in business growth. After six years in Australia, Wenchao now resides in Singapore, where he is dedicated to expanding clients’ business footprints in ASEAN countries.
In his most recent role as Global Head of Supplier Governance at a top 10 global pharmaceutical company, Wenchao developed robust experience in business strategy, supply chain management, and risk management. His career includes significant tenures with multinational companies from the United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Sweden, and Japan, where he successfully managed international teams.
Wenchao has visited over 2,000 companies in more than 10 countries, providing him with deep insights into cross-cultural dynamics and international business practices. His extensive global network and comprehensive understanding of various business environments position him as a valuable asset in driving growth and fostering international collaborations.
Philip Yang
Director
Director of Fletchers Singapore, about 18 years overseas business development and off-shore offices setup and operations.

Philip resides in Singapore since 2008 as a general manager of a leading display manufacturer, he had visited over 20 countries across different continents and had been doing business with his customers from different industries all over the world.
With such rich background in today's diverse cultures and societies, Philip has been creating opportunities together with his clients and keep delivering commitments to make things happen.

General Manager of Fletchers Malaysia, has more than 15 years in multi-national and multi-culture team management and global supply chain management roles, who is experiences in managing total supply chain management, which includes new product transfer, new facilities setup, new company setup, and managing the supply chain activities of a broad range of industrials such as semiconductor, life sciences, medical, electrical, electromechanical and EMS (Electronics manufacturing services).
